Eva Jenkins Professional Career CoachEva Jenkins brings more than 25+ years of experience to her role as leader of VIP Innovations, LLC. With a career that had its beginnings in business and finance, she has shown companies time and again how she can pair her knowledge of business and human capital to take organizations to the next level of success.

Her business background, which includes nearly 10 years working in finance & administration for NBC-TV in New York City, and an additional 15 years (in Washington DC area) of experience within finance, operations and human resource management, instilled in her a unique drive to focus on the most important asset to any business; The People.

Jenkins has earned a reputation in the Washington, D.C., area and beyond as a change agent who has analyzed and redeveloped the recruiting function for many technology companies to make it more effective and productive. In 2001, Jenkins started VIP Staffing because she believed she could show companies a better way to staff their organizations. In 2002, she has expanded and started VIP Innovations, LLC which is a Human Capital Management firm, focusing of delivering the Principles of High Performance and Organizational Assessments.

In 2005, Ms. Jenkins co-authored her first book with Stephen M.R. Covey, Dr. Dennis Waitley and Marjorie Blanchard Titled “Conversations on Success”. Ms. Jenkins also continues to write and publish articles.

During the past 15 years, she has closed VIP Staffing and focused primarily on developing and growing VIP Innovations. During the past 5 years, she has battled cancer successfully and returned to focus her efforts on delivering Career & Life Coaching to individuals, small business owners and executives to help align their personal vision with the commitments of their business and personal lives. As a Professional Career Coach She works with clients to have a breakthrough in their personal effectiveness as they transform themselves and take charge of their “outer success” of career and work and their “inner successes” of relationships and personal growth.

She is received her Human Resource Management Certification from American University (Kogod School of Business). Also, attended George Washington University Law School. Currently, working on receiving her ICF Coaching Credentials and also, deepening her coaching knowledge within Neuroscience to better assist her clients.
